Maxi Switch manufactured this keyboard for Commodore International as an add-on external keyboard for the Commodore PET microcomputer. This keyboard uses Maxi Switch vintage linear swtiches. The keycaps are doubleshots with the Commodore specific PETSCII characters. Notice there is a keycap missing at the very bottom right, there would be a 1-unit shift key there. Commodore offered two versions of this keyboard for the PET microcomputer. One was a an add-on keyboard that fits on top of where the chicklet keys normally go, the other is the same keyboard in an external case as shown at Daves Old Computers external link below.
