Bull Bigfoot series
This series of keyboards were shipped with the Micral 200. They are typical Bigfoot keyboard with the possibility of having Alps SKCM Cream or Alps SKCM Black switches.

There are two model scheme for this series of keyboards, the KBU-197X and KBU-137X, the 197Xs seem to always come with Alps SKCM Cream whereas the 137Xs seems to always come with Alps SKCM Black switches.
They are typical Bigfoot keyboard, they feature a Bull badge on the up right corner of the top case, and a name tag on the left side.
