alps.tw Type T9 is an Alps clone switch. The mould numbering suggests a Hua-Jie or Himake product.
The source keyboard or device is not known, but the photo of it shows that it has been desoldered from a piece of equipment.
This switch appears to have served as an inspiration for the i-Rocks switch.
