Acer version[edit | edit source]

Acer-branded example with blue Alps switches. If this keyboard bears any dating evidence, it is not readable in the photos.

In this example, the switch spring is measured as 11 mm long and 3.1 mm in diameter.

Canon A220-UKB84[edit | edit source]

Canon model A220-UKB84 with white Alps, dated to 1990 from the one visible IC date code. This variant appears to be intended for the little-known Canon A-200 III IBM-compatible desktop computer from the 1980s<ref name="Comp-Hist-A-200-III" /> and potentially earlier revisions of this machine. The keycaps appear to be dye-sublimated.

Partial conversion between UK and US layout can be achieved using two spare keycaps supplied in the box.<ref name="DT-spare-keycaps" />
