The '''IBM 5576-A01''' was a keyboard for late models of IBM Japan's [[IBM PS/55 Keyboards | PS/55]] line computers and early models of the PS/V Aptiva line computer<ref name="sandy" />, so it should not be regarded as early 5576 keyboards (as it supports standard Japanese scancode and has JIS layout) or late 5576 keyboards (as it was not massively cost-reduced). It is the first keyboard that uses the OADG106 106-key JIS layout<ref name="ide2" />. It used the [[Brother buckling spring]] switches.

==Design==
As with [[IBM 5576-003 Keyboard | 5576-003]], it used Brother buckling spring switches, with two-piece dye-sublimated keycaps (incompatible with the two-piece keycaps used on the Model M and Model F). The keyboard is attached to the PS/55 or Aptiva with a detachable PS/2 cable that uses an SDL connector different to the ones used on the Model M. Unlike the early 5576 keyboards, this keyboard does not feature an integrated beep speaker and volume slider.
