These scan codes were taken from an unlabeled Honeywell version which uses the XT protocol, connected through a Soarer's Converter.  The "reserved" scan-codes are documented in the documentation for said converter and can readily be utilized, which is good, because nearly half of the nonstandard keys send "reserved" scan codes.
