KBR is a type of reed switch sold by GRI. The switch has almost entirely the same dimensions as (and appears to be PCB and plate compatible with) GRI KBM, which ties in with the existence of a corresponding Futaba patent. The majority of the numeric specifications are also the same as for KBM.

There is likely to be a corresponding Futaba series.
