The 122ST13S-25E is a 122-key keyboard from Micro Switch using their blue Micro Switch ST membrane switches. The layout resembles that of IBM keyboards meant to be used with 3270 terminals, but using a regular 180° 5-pin DIN (AT) interface instead.
Interestingly, the keyboard is described on its product brochure as having "solid state capacitance switching", which sounds strange for a purely membrane based keyboard. It does support NKRO however.
