This is the Intel iPDS computer keyboard mechanism consisting of Stackpole switch grid key switches.

Notably, it features a discrete Stackpole switch, as well as a separate arrow key cluster that is distinct from the main grid (which itself appears to have two more discrete switches, as well as a three-key block).

The keycaps are thick wall spherical double-shot.
