The name Mighty Mouse can refer to:
- NTT Mighty Mouse (1985)
- Called the first mouse with built-in scrolling, but it was never sold commercially and its horizontal wheel is not a scroll wheel. Instead, an analogue thumb-button is used: short press for flipping pages, and long press for continuous scrolling.
