The '''Mitsumi standard mechanical lock''' is the latching version of the [[Mitsumi standard mechanical]] switch, found in both Type 1 and Type 2 variants. Both types have space for a cylindrical LED.

The switch features the same bent-wire latching mechanism as in the [[Mitsumi membrane lock]] switch.<ref name="rzwv" />
