==Esoterica==
The two colours that are available with the keyboard by default are white (白) {hiragana: しろ romaji: shiro} and charcoal gray (墨) {hiragana: すみ romaji: sumi}. The charcoal gray variant is often confused as black (黒）{hiragana: くろ romaji: kuro} by unfamiliar people. Charcoal gray variants of the keyboard, like their white coloured counterparts both feature black dye-sublimated legends on the keys. Should the charcoal gray variant be actually black, the black dye-sublimated legends on the keys would be rendered invisible.

Unlike the Lite variants of HHKB series where it would clearly describe white and black clearly, the legends printed on those sets of keys are directly in contrast to each other. That is, white keycaps with black legends and black keycaps with white legends.
