Editing Keyboard fonts

A wide variety of fonts have been used for keycap [[legend]]s over time.
Due to the nature of [[double-shot moulding]], vintage keycaps used more rounded typefaces.
Modern dye-sub and pad printing techniques allow for exquisite typography on keycaps. Some brands also prefer or have preferred the use of italics for keycaps, in particular [[Apple]] and [[Diatec]].

It's a custom line font (pen plotter) based on Helvetica; Helvetica Rounded is close, with some notable differences, mainly a simplified the lower case t and a six sided *.<br>
