==Description==
The layout is conventional. Across the top is a row of six media keys: volume down, mute, volume up, previous track, play/pause, and next track. A fixed USB cable is fitted, and a USB to PS/2 [[adapter]] is supplied. The flip-out feet are not rubber coated.

The main 104 or 105 keys take the form of a membrane and scissor assembly that appears to be secured using heat staking. The media keys appear to be standard [[rubber dome over membrane]] keys, albeit with custom oval-shaped keycaps; this assembly has its own metal backplate, but appears to share the membranes of the main switch assembly. The [[Cherry article numbers|article numbers]] begin with G85-23100 (most variants) and G85-23100 (a small number of variants), while the keyboard itself gives a model of "G230" on the label.
