Krytox is a brand of lubricants including both thicker and thinner varieties. It is made by Chemours, which has been formed from former DuPont business.

A mix of Krytox GPL 100-series (oil) with Krytox GPL 205 (grease) is commonly used among enthusiasts for lubricating moving parts and springs inside key switches.

A Krytox variety contains mainly a form of PFPE (perfluoropolyether) but is also mixed with PFTE (Chemours brand name "Teflon"). PFPE are fluorocarbon ether polymers of polyhexafluoropropylene oxide and also known as PFAE (perfluoroalkylether) and PFPAE (perfluoropolyalkylether). Similar compounds exist from other manufacturers.
