==Description==
The '''Cherry G80-0427''' is the XT compatible Cherry keyboard manufactured for the NCR PC4, introduced in 1984. It was also used with the later PC4i model. This keyboard is one variant of the [[NCR H0150-STD1-10-17]]

This was one of the first keyboards to feature the well known linear [[Cherry MX Black]] switches. The switches are PCB mounted, and feature diodes. The space bar switch uses the still relatively unknown "Cherry MX Space Black" switch which is noticably heavier in keyweight than a [[Cherry MX Linear Grey]] but less so than a [[Cherry MX Super Black]]. 

The keycaps are ABS doubleshot, with Caps Lock and Num Lock having a window for a status LED. The keyboard was made in West Germany, and has a coiled cable with a DIN connector manufactured by Hirschmann. The PCB is clamped in place by the case halves; it does not have any locating screws or pegs.
